Bronchiectasis in children is a chronic polyetiological pathology, the pathogenesis of which involves complex interaction between host, respiratory pathogens and environmental factors. The potential contribution vitamin D deficiency to development bronchiectasis particular clinical importance, given growing prevalence worldwide significant incidence bronchiectasis, especially among children. Clinical case. article presents case that illustrates child with disorder - D-controlled pathomorphological processes, probably cause dysmorphic disorders not only musculoskeletal system but also bronchi.
